I started Uncommon Unions because I’ve always been drawn to the moments that happen around a table — the conversations, the connections, the feeling that something simple can turn into something meaningful.

Cooking has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, but what I care about most isn’t just what’s on the plate. It’s the experience around it. The way food brings people together. The way a shared meal can slow things down and make space for real connection.

Through Uncommon Unions, I create intimate dining experiences designed to feel personal, thoughtful, and genuine. Whether it’s a private dinner in someone’s home or a curated evening with new faces, my goal is always the same — to make people feel welcome, comfortable, and part of something special.
